“梦想起航点”公益项目自2023年发起以来，所有帮扶资金、改造费用均由总部和区域公司各按50%比例共同承担，无任何第三方分摊、无公众筹款。项目帮扶对象为当地低保、低收入及居住环境恶劣的困境儿童家庭，全程由当地政府部门、公益机构工作人员陪同实地走访、核验家庭情况，经多方联合审核确认符合帮扶条件后，再由公司统一实施旧房改造，确保帮扶资源精准投向真正有需要的家庭。
